Internet Service Provider (ISP) including the registration of domain names, hosting of domain names (Domain Naming System / DNS), hosting websites, and provision of email and other internet related services.

The Domain Naming System is less complex than it sounds.  Every website on the internet has a number, which is its address, otherwise known as an IP (Internet Protocol) number.  The DNS server links a domain name, such as hifo.co to the actual IP address of that domain, so that when e.g. someone enters a domain name in a browser, that name is then linked to the DNS server which then serves up the pages of that website to your computer.

IP Telephony is digital telephony, otherwise known as Voice over Internet Protocol or VOIP.    

Legacy telephone systems run off a physical PABX (private automatic branch exchange). A PABX is an analogue system, where the voice is transmitted in analogue format sound waves over copper wires on a PSTN / Public Switched Telephone Network.    VOIP or IP Telephony runs off virtual PABXs either hosted on a server, or in the cloud, and the voice is transmitted in a digital format over fibre or ethernet.
